Terms & Conditions

Effective from 11 September 2026. These terms replace the terms and conditions of 2 September 2019.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by CO2Art Technologies Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 658258, registered office Suite 2, Cathedral Buildings, Middle Street, Galway, H91 ERD1, Ireland, VAT number IE3647876IH. Contact: support@co2art.eu, working days 9:00–16:00 CET. "We", "us" and "CO2Art" mean this company.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on www.co2art.eu and its language versions by a consumer, that is a person buying for purposes outside a trade, business or profession. Business customers buy through our trade store under its own terms. The English text is the binding one; the translated versions of this page are produced automatically for convenience. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

3. Ordering

The products and prices on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. When you place an order we send an order confirmation by e-mail; the contract is made when we dispatch the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example because a product is out of stock, because a price or description was shown in error, or because a payment could not be verified. If we do, we tell you why and refund anything you have paid without delay.

Product descriptions, photos and specifications are prepared with care, but small differences in colour, finish or packaging can occur. If we find an error in a price or a description after your order, we will contact you with a corrected offer before dispatch and you may cancel free of charge.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order; the current rates and the free-delivery threshold are on our Shipping page. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are charged by the carrier or the customs authority of your country and are not included in our prices.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see your full card number.

5. Delivery

We dispatch from our European warehouse. Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 CET are usually dispatched the same day; regulators that we assemble and test to order may take longer. The delivery times we aim for are on the Shipping page; they are estimates, not guarantees, and bank holidays and peak periods can add a few days. We will e-mail you if we know of a delay. Every parcel is sent with tracking, which you can follow on our Track order page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have named, receive the goods.

6. Your right to cancel (withdrawal)

As a consumer in the European Union you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. We extend this to 30 days. To cancel, use the "Return or exchange" option in your customer account, or e-mail support@co2art.eu with your order number; you may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, following section 7.

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of having sent them, to the payment method you used. You pay the cost of the return shipping. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; if their value is diminished because they were used beyond what was needed to check them, we may deduct that loss from the refund. Goods that were made to your specification, and consumables whose seal you have broken, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

7. Returns

Ask for a return authorisation (RMA) number before you send anything back; parcels without one cannot be matched to your order and may be delayed. Pack the goods with all accessories, manuals and packaging, write the RMA number on the parcel and send it to the return address we give you, which is our European warehouse: CO2Art, ul. 1 Maja 2, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, Poland. Use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage; we are not responsible for parcels lost on the way to us. If you return from outside the European Union, mark the customs declaration as returned goods. The full procedure is on our Returns page.

8. Faulty goods and warranty

Everything we sell must match its description and work as it should. Under EU consumer law you have a legal guarantee of two years from delivery: if a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible within a reasonable time, reduce the price or refund you. Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photos or a short video; we give faults priority and usually answer within one working day.

On top of the legal guarantee, many of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty that is stated on the product page (for example up to 10 years on our dual-stage regulators). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, from modification or disassembly, from use with gases, cylinders or fittings we did not specify, or from normal wear of consumable parts such as seals, diffuser ceramics and drop-checker solution. Keep your order number; it is your proof of purchase.

9. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong items, tell us within a few days of delivery with photos of the parcel and the goods. We will send the correct or replacement item at our cost, or refund you, including any delivery charge you paid, and tell you whether the wrong item needs to be sent back.

10. Safety

Our products work with pressurised CO2. Read the instructions before use, use only the cylinders, adapters and fittings specified for your regulator, and never modify a regulator or a cylinder valve. Keep cylinders upright, away from heat and out of the reach of children. If you are unsure about any step, ask us before you connect a cylinder.

11. Content and intellectual property

The texts, photos, drawings, videos, logos and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may use the site to browse and to buy; you may not copy, scrape, resell or republish its content without our written permission.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Otherwise, our liability for a loss caused by our breach of these terms is limited to the price you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or that arise from a use of the products contrary to their instructions.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to support@co2art.eu; we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. You may bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or in the courts of the EU country where you live, and you may also ask the European Consumer Centre of your country for help with a cross-border complaint.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders; the version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
